How to read a THC drink label (so you don’t get burned)
Three numbers matter: milligrams of THC, nano-emulsified or not, and delta-9 vs delta-8.
- 5mg is patio dose. 10mg is dinner-party dose. 15mg+ is “I’m staying in” dose.
- Nano-emulsified means the THC is broken into small enough particles that your body absorbs it fast – 15 minutes vs 60+. If a can doesn’t say “nano-emulsified” or “fast-acting,” assume slow onset.
- Delta-9 from hemp is what you want. Delta-8 is a different molecule that’s legal in fewer states and feels different to most people.
